Mitt Romney spoke on the Fox News show ‘Fox and Friends’ this morning. The interviewer noted that the Democrats still believe he will become the Republican nominee. His response:
You know, I think I’m going to be the nominee if I do a good job and people get behind me. There’s a long road ahead and Newt Gingrich is obviously a feisty competitor and we’ll have a contest that will take us, I’m sure down the road a ways but i hope I become the nominee.
