Rick Perry is taking his new government reform plan to the airwaves in the first caucus state.
It’s hard to glean the message of the new ad campaign from the swelling music, eery black and white footage of Washington at work and Perry’s denim shirt. Oh, wait, no it isn’t: Perry says it about three times in 30 seconds.
“If you want an outside who’ll overhaul Washington, I’m your guy,” Perry says in the spot.
