Report: Syrian Army Planting Landmines Along Border

Syrian forces are planting landmines near the borders with Lebanon and Turkey, Human Rights Watch reported on Tuesday, based on reports from witnesses and Syrian deminers. Witnesses said casualties have already happened. BBC correspondent Jonathan Head, reporting from the Turkish side of the border, said he has seen refugees who have lost limbs because of the mines.
