Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) is scheduled to deliver a speech on immigration reform at 8 a.m. ET Tuesday at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C., his office announced Monday.
Paul will “unveil his immigration policy and outline his platform for reform,” his office said in a written release.
