The new Marquette Law School poll shows Tommy Thompson still ahead in the Republican primary for Senate in Wisconsin, which will be held next week.
Thompson has 33 percent, Eric Hovde has 24 percent, Mark Neumann has 21 percent,and Jeff Fitzgerald has 15 percent. The survey of 519 likely primary voters was conducted Aug. 2-5, and has a 4.4 percent margin of error.
The PollTracker Average shows Thompson leading with 30.3 percent.
