Paul Ryan: Romney’s 47 Percent Comments ‘Very Inarticulate’

Paul Ryan acknowledged on Bloomberg TV Tuesday that Mitt Romney’s comments about the 47 percent of Americans who pay no income taxes amounted to a “very inarticulate way to make a point he has been making all along.”
