Paul Ryan: Obamacare Sign-Ups A ‘Pyrrhic Victory,’ Law Still A ‘Fiasco’

House Budget Chair Paul Ryan (R-WI) said Tuesday that the announcement of 7 million Obamacare sign-ups was a “pyrrhic victory” for the Obama administration, but held that the law was still a “fiasco.”

While Democrats are touting enrollment numbers, “we repeal Obamacare,” Ryan told reporters on a conference call discussing his newly released budget blueprint.
