Obama Making Southern Portion Of Keystone Pipeline A ‘Priority’

President Obama on Thursday announced that his administration is fast tracking the permit process to allow construction of the Keystone XL pipeline from Oklahoma to the Gulf Coast. Obama said his administration is making the project a “priority.”
