President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden are scheduled to meet with the House Democratic Caucus Wednesday at 4:35 p.m. ET, the White House announced.
Obama is also planning to huddle with House Republicans at the White House in the coming days, as the government enters its ninth day of a shutdown Wednesday and an Oct. 17 deadline on lifting the debt ceiling looms.
