The trustee overseeing the liquidation of bankrupt financial firm MF Global, until recently helmed by former NJ Governor Jon Corzine, on Friday laid off 1,066 employees from the company. According to the NY Times Dealbook blog, only a small staff will be kept to finish dissolving the firm.
