Madison, Mississippi police released mugshots Thursday evening of the three additional men arrested in connection with political blogger “Constitutional Clayton” Kelly for photographing Sen. Thad Cochran’s (R-MS) bedridden wife at her nursing home in Madison.
The mugshot of attorney Mark Mayfield is pictured above. The mugshots of Richard Sager and John Mary and then Mayfield, again, are below.
In releasing the photos Madison police confirmed that Mary had been arrested. When news broke that he had been charged in relation to the arrest he had not been arrested yet.
“John Mary was released on his own recognizance due to extensive medical conditions after consulting with his attorney and the Madison/Rankin County District Attorney’s Office,” Madison police said in a statement.
