Malloy: GOP’s ‘Systemic’ Voting Restrictions Meant To Undermine Fairness

Republicans are “engaged in a systemic effort to disenfranchise millions of African-Americans, Hispanics, and senior citizens, as they try to undermine the fairness of this election,” Connecticut Gov. Dan Malloy (D) said at the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday night.
