Kasich: ‘Ballgame Over’ If I Don’t Win Ohio

Republican presidential candidate Ohio. Gov John Kasich said Sunday that it’d be “ballgame over” if he didn’t win his home state.

“Well, first of all, I’m beating Hillary Clinton by more than any other candidate. And I’m going to win Ohio,” Kasich said on NBC News’ “Meet the Press.” “And that’s what creates a whole new race. Now, you know, at the end of the day, each of these candidates should be able to win their own home state. I’m going to win Ohio. But if I don’t win Ohio, then, you know, ballgame over.”

Kasich’s comments came as he was repeatedly asked on the Sunday news programs if he was considering dropping out of the race.

  2. And what has Kasich done over the past decade to prevent the Republicans from becoming the batshitcrazy party? Nothing

  3. Say G’bye Kasich

  4. So, if he can just win his home state OH, the rest of the states he’s lost won’t matter and then he can win the nomination?

  5. He’s too conservative for me but as an American I hope he stays visible in case the GOP opts for sanity.
