Tropical Storm Isaac could grow to a Category 2 hurricane over the Gulf Coast before hitting land somewhere between the edge of the Florida panhandle and west of New Orleans late Tuesday, the AP reports. If it makes landfall Tuesday, it would be just shy of the seven-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina’s devastating blow in 2005.
