The NRA’s National School Shield report does not make specific recommendations on the number of armed personnel schools need, former Rep. Asa Hutchinson (R-AR) said Tuesday at a press conference.
“It would be up to the school to determine the appropriate response,” Hutchinson said, adding that he would recommend one armed person in every school building.
