House Republican leadership election will be on June 19, a Republican leadership aide confirmed to TPM.

The announcement came Wednesday afternoon, just before House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R-VA) delivered a press conference following his defeat in the Republican primary for his home congressional district.

  2. Given how few non-white males, and poor people will be voting in a house gop election, I hardly think it’s necessary to for them to resort to tactics to exclude democratic leaning voters.
