The third season of “House of Cards” has already got fans at the edges of their seats, and it hasn’t even started yet.
Tweeting simply, “a special message from the White House,” the show’s official account wet viewers’ appetite for blood on Monday.
Netflix announced the show will return on Feb. 27.
