Newt Gingrich told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer that after Mitt Romney’s campaign outspent him 5-1 to “destroy” his candidacy, Romney didn’t deserve a congratulatory phone call after his win in Florida this week. Gingrich called the negative campaigning “shameful.” Watch the clip:
