The National Republican Senatorial Committee on Tuesday will announce two new staffers for the 2014 election cycle, National Journal reported. Brad Dayspring — who previously served as House Majority Leader Eric Cantor’s chief spokesman before heading to a conservative super PAC — will be the the group’s communications director. Ward Baker, a senior adviser to Mitt Romney’s failed presidential campaign, will serve as the group’s political director, according to the report.
