The FBI on Thursday arrested one of three remaining fugitives sought in connection to a series of fires in the 1990s in Colorado, Oregon, and California.

The Associated Press reported that Jeanette Rubin, an alleged member of a branch of the Earth Liberation Front called The Family, turned herself in to the FBI along the border in Blaine, Wash. Rubin was sought in connection to a series of fires targeting a ski resort in Vail, Colo., and federal wild horse corrals in Eastern Oregon and Northern California. Authorities said the group, which disbanded in 2001, was responsible for 20 arsons and approximately $40 million in damage.

Rubin will appear in federal court in Seattle, and then is expected to face trial in Oregon.
