The former classmates of Donald Trump at the University of Pennsylvania’s prestigious Wharton business school told the New York Daily News on Tuesday they don’t even remember him.
The real estate mogul and GOP presidential candidate has said he was at the top of his class during his two years there, but his fellow students disputed that.
Nancy Hano, a former classmate, told the New York Daily News that Trump was “not known on campus for any reason at all.”
In many of his speeches, including those for his 2016 presidential bid, Trump has bragged of being a man of great academic success and a gifted businessman. Yet Trump himself has repeatedly refused to release his college transcripts.
In 2012, Trump, who has doubted President Obama was a natural-born citizen, famously offered to pay $5 million to charity if the President would release his own college records and passport application.
