Presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump declared an EgyptAir plane crash, which plunged into the sea Thursday morning during a flight from Paris to Cairo, “looks like yet another terrorist attack.”

Trump tweeted the message to his 8.3 million followers around 6:30 a.m. ET. Search and rescue operations were underway for the 66 passengers and crew on board.

According to Greek officials, Flight 804 disappeared into the Aegean Sea shortly after entering Egyptian airspace, when the plane made a 90-degree turn to the left and a 360-degree turn to the right before abruptly losing altitude.

Egyptian Prime Minister Sherif Ismail said it remains too early to rule whether a mechanical failure or terror attack caused the crash but told reporters, “We cannot rule anything out.”
