“The Daily Show” continued its love affair with Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Thursday night, but host Jon Stewart insisted it was just “a little summer fling.”
“Trump is 15 bad meals in one! Donald Trump is the candidate version of the hotdog pizza,” Stewart said, before he and contributors Jordan Klepper and Jessica Williams performed a “Grease” parody. “I’m tired of fighting it. It’s the summer. Why can’t we just have a little fun?”

If, in fact, Trump’s Presidential fling is the result of some sort of deal, more than likely it was a handshake over cocktails or at the golf course. Billionaires are highly aware of which paper trails to leave.
Which makes the whole thing even zanier.
Apparently Trump has banned the reporters from the Des Moines Register newspaper at a function because of an editorial disparaging The Donald. Trump has called that paper the most liberal paper in America… a liberal paper in Iowa? Trump must have a strange definition of “liberal”.
