“The Daily Show” brought out “the two most adorable old guys” who are fighting for federal research into gun violence on Thursday night’s episode: former Rep. Jay Dickey (R-AR) and former public health researcher Mark Rosenberg.
The two men were basically a modern-dayversion of “The Odd Couple,” correspondent Jordan Klepper said.
“They were the most adorable old guys on the planet, who are pushing for federal research into gun violence prevention,” Klepper said. “And I was starting to get on board.”
“But progress may take a while,” he added.
