WATCH: Fox’s Election Coverage Gets Weird With ‘Campaign Cowboys’ Panel

Fox News' election panel of Chris Wallace, Karl Rove and Joe Trippi donned cowboy hats on-air.

Fox News saved the wackiest of its midterm coverage for after midnight, when its election panel put on their cowboy hats to analyze the results.

“Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace and contributors Karl Rove and Joe Trippi donned bandana neckerchiefs and ten-gallon hats in the wee hours of Wednesday morning, drawing laughs from anchor Megyn Kelly and an “Oh dear, really?” from anchor Bret Baier.

“I know I look ridiculous,” Wallace said. “But I figure by this time of the evening, either you’re drunk or you have a sense of humor, so we’re gonna go on this way.”
