Pope Francis stood face to face with a giant chocolate statue of himself Wednesday at the Vatican.
According to the Associated Press, which cited the Vatican newspaper L’Osservatore Romano, the chocolate pope was given to Francis as a gift during his general audience. The paper released a photo of Francis and his chocolate doppelganger Thursday.
L’Osservatore Romano reported the sweet statue was made with 1.5 tons of cocoa.
