Donte Jamar Sims, a 21-year-old resident of Charlotte, has been arrested by the Secret Service for sending a Tweet the night before the Democratic convention threatening to kill President Barack Obama, the Associated Press reports.
Sims allegedly told authorities he was high on marijuana when he sent the Tweets embedded below. He’ll face five years in prison if convicted.
