Cain: Let’s Not Do ‘Victory Laps’ Over Jobs Increase

Herman Cain appeared on MSNBC to respond to the news today that unemployment has fallen to its lowest point in three years. He said the numbers have a two-month lag so are based on December figures that include temporary jobs created to help with additional sales. “A large portion were temporary jobs,” he said. “So let’s wait until February before we do victory laps.”
