The Boston Police Department on Friday urged members of the media to refrain from broadcasting the tactical positions of officers who are searching for 19-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings. Tsarnaev’s older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed in a firefight with police early Friday.
