Russia has barred House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) along with a host of U.S. officials from entering the country amid an escalating battle of sanctions over President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.
Boehner is pleased to be on that list.

His spokesman, Michael Steel, sought to drive the point home. “The Speaker is proud to be included on a list of those willing to stand against Putin’s aggression,” he said in an email to reporters.
