Former President Bill Clinton told NBC’s Brian Williams in an interview before his speech at the Democratic National Convention Wednesday that he and President Obama have a “candid” and “open” relationship.
“We haven’t been close friends a long time or anything like that, but he knows that I support him,” Clinton added.
