Total non farm payroll employment rose by 142,000 jobs in August while the unemployment rate was little changed at 6.1 percent, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported Friday.

  5. Even this lower number equates to over 1 and a half million new jobs per anum.

    With the 6 million or so that have already ben put back to work, this is turning into a big f-ing deal.
