As we race towards the latest primary, the polling numbers don’t look good for Mitt Romney. Â Rick Santorum is snapping at his heels and Romney is burning through his campaign cash quickly. Â
All of this has raised the specter of a brokered convention and excited TV anchors at the thought of a fresh candidate. Â However, according to those in the know (Fox) Republicans seem to want this brutal contest to continue.
While this was all going on, the economy continued to tick over in the background, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average reached its highest point since May 2008.
