To catch you up, the Supreme Court late yesterday dealt a blow to that Kentucky county clerk who is still refusing to issue same-sex marriage licenses. She was seeking a stay of the lower court order to issue the licenses while she appealed the decision. The Supreme Court declined to issue a stay.
