We’ve seen some pretty bad ‘fact-checks’ on the Medicare Phase Out story. And when we saw WaPo fact-checker Glenn Kessler’s epic punk’ing by House Republicans yesterday we thought it was time to put together a good primer on the three biggest mistakes ‘fact-checkers’ make when saying the GOP Medicare Phase Out is actually pretty awesome and doesn’t phase it out at all.
