Core to our redesign, which we’re in the midst of rolling out through October, is a renewed and fanatical devotion to user experience. In other words, not just the pure words on the virtual page but how the site works, how it looks, how good a job the website does (from every perspective) making the news we’re reporting readily accessible and a pleasure to read. With that in mind, we’ve opened the TPM status blog. If there’s some site glitch we’re working on, that’s where we’ll keep you posted on it. If you’re having some difficulty with some part of the site, here’s where we’ll let you know what’s up. At the moment there are still a few people who are having difficulty viewing the redesigned parts of the site. If you’re one of them, click here for more information and to help us run the problem to ground.
