The Coming Voter Suppression Storm

What are the consequences of the crackdown on voting that kicked off in 2011 and is going to hit in a big way in 2012. We’ve been covering the different dimensions of it in states across the country. But now a new study shows that GOP voter suppression efforts are likely to impact some 5 million Americans next year. Not surprisingly, almost all Democrats. Of course, that’s bigger than the margin of many a lot of recent national elections.
