Redistricting Roulette

The loss of two congressional districts in Ohio’s redistricting means Democratic Reps. Dennis Kucinich and Marcy Kaptur are now in the same district. Kaptur is planning to run again, and Kucinich announced today that he will, too. So a big face-off looming between these two veteran Democrats.
