Mitt Romney remains the man to beat in the GOP nomination process. But it could take him a long time to wrap things up. Republicans have moved a significant number of their primaries from winner-take-all to proportional delegate allocation. And for a candidate who seems to have a hard ceiling in the 20s and 30s that could mean a long process to lock up the nomination.
