That birther Army doctor being court-martialed for refusing to obey a lawful deployment order on the grounds that Obama isn’t legally qualified to be President releases a new video in which he laments the failure of his attempt to make the court-martial proceeding into a trial of whether Obama is a natural born U.S. citizen.
