Late Update: Tapscott graciously “waves [the] white flag,” as he puts it. Since Politico ran with this first, I guess it’s more misdemeanor than felony. Also, in the news section we referred to Tapscott as a “reporter” at the Examiner. In fact, he’s the editorial page editor. Our bad.
