‘Dignity and Respect’

That’s the title of the Army’s 2001 comic book intended to explain “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” to the troops — and it offers neither much dignity nor respect. Although in truth it’s almost too goofy and painfully awkward to be offensive. Take a look.
