Is Tammy Baldwin in Wisconsin surging too? Like Elizabeth Warren in Massachusetts, but coming back from a much larger deficit, Baldwin has now crept into the lead.

Things have looked bleak for some time in Wisconsin for Tammy Baldwin, running against a still pretty popular former Governor who managed to overcome a late-charging Tea Partier in the primary. But out of nowhere she seems to be on the move. Her numbers here are swelled in part by a poll released by her own campaign. But another poll by PPP put her up by three. And this morning, Quinnipiac/CBS/NYT showed the race at dead even.
