Bush-Era Case Dismissed

U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan has dropped her much-maligned case against former Pittsburgh coroner Cyril Wecht after an adverse evidentiary ruling from the judge hearing the retrial of Wecht after an earlier hung jury.
