Shortly after President Obama finished a rousing speech in suburban DC hailing the beginning of enrollment in Obamacare next week, the administration announced that it was delaying enrollment for another month for small businesses and would not have a Spanish-language version of the Obamacare website ready in time for the Oct. 1 enrollment launch.
