Mark Penn had prepped an earlier, harder hitting version of the Hillary’s 3 a.m. phone call ad that took Obama squarely on. But in a sign of the infighting in the Clinton camp, the earlier version was rejected after a clash among top advisers, a source tells TPM Election Central.
