From The Reporter’s Notebook
Conservative pundit Sean Hannity defended his dozens of chummy interviews with Republican frontrunner Donald Trump on his Wednesday radio show by saying that he is not a journalist, TPM’s Katherine Krueger wrote. “I’ll be honest, if I’m interviewing Hillary Clinton, it’s going to be 100 times harder than any Republican, because I believe the Republicans have a far better vision, one that I agree with,” Hannity said. “I just have less disagreement with them.”

BUZZING: Today in the Hive
From a TPM Prime member: “There has been much made about the popularity of Bernie Sanders among the young, and very specifically the under 30 crowd. Bernie — some have dismissed the young, most recently as “short attention span”, or in response to threats that the kids will “stay home” is Sanders doesn’t win the nomination, saying that they need to in essence “grow up” and recognize that these things are not instantaneous and take time and hard organizing work. (I am leaving out many of the argument here.. feel free to fill in) But there are those saying that these kids are the future, and we need to find a way to bring them into the process, to engage them and not simply dismiss them. So what say you?”
