A four-year-old boy accidentally shot his three-year-old brother on Sunday, according to St. Louis County Police.

The younger brother was taken to a hospital with what was said to be a graze wound on the shoulder. The boy’s wound is not serious according to CBS St. Louis.

The two boys’ 27-year-old father was taken into custody for questioning. He may face charges on Monday. The mother of the two boys was also in the home when the shooting occurred, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Reports of the shooting did not say what kind of gun was used.

The shooting happened at around 12:30 p.m., according to the Post-Dispatch.
