House Republicans plan to vote on a clean debt ceiling hike Tuesday night, according to House Republican leadership.

The vote on Tuesday night is partially in anticipation of a snow storm expected to hit the Washington D.C. area on Wednesday.

Earlier in the day on Tuesday House Republican announced that they had given up on their previous demands in a debt limit extension and instead would move to pass a clean debt ceiling hike.
