MA Police Superintendent: Do Not Confront Suspect No Matter What

Col. Timothy Alben, head of the MA state police, is warning Boston-area residents not to approach the suspected bomber, Dzokhar Tsarnaev, under any circumstances and instead to call 911 if they spot him. 

“This is a dangerous person who we believe has killed people,” he said. “They need to be extremely careful and contact their local police department if they even suspect they identified [him].”
